DUPLICATION NATION!

My last blog post was about the power of  TEAM WORK and being on the right team to insure network marketing success.  In a future post, I’ll talk about leadership as one of our readers commented that leadership propels great team work.  And that is so true!  Everything rises and falls on leadership. 

But with a good leader in place and great and genuine communication between team members, there is still one factor that has to come into play to create a large and thriving network marketing organization where everyone who really wants to and really works at it can make money…..and AS MUCH OF IT as they desire!

This secret ingredient is…….the power of duplication!

You’ve heard it talked about.  You’ve heard it preached.  You know somehow that it is essential to your success.  But what IS duplication,  and HOW do you get it going in your business?

Here’s a little secret: Duplication happens.  PERIOD.  It starts with the leader above you, it continues THROUGH you (if you will let it) and it carries on down to your team.

It is as old as the saying “monkey see, monkey do”.  Our children duplicate our attitudes and actions (often this is much our dismay!) and …get this……so will your team.  You can’t prevent it if you try……but you CAN and WILL distort it unless you know what you are doing.

Let me explain further…..one of my favorite mentors told me a few years ago, “Don’t think.  Just DO”.  It took me a while to figure out what he meant by that (see…..I was thinking!) LOL!  What he meant was, “Don’t think.  Just DO!”

In other words, when we learn to get out of our own way……quit trying to “figure it out”, quit trying to “reinvent the wheel” or worse yet, trying to “control” everything……..then duplication magic can and does work and creates SUPER SUCCESS!

Network marketing at its essence is very simple.  I can teach you the steps to masssive income in 4 steps:

1-get in (sign up and buy your starter kit)

2-use or sell the specified amount of product each month (called your autoship)

3-sponsor 2 people  (using the system)

4-repeat steps 1-3 with the two new people you just sponsored.

That’s all there is to it.

Okay, let’s break it down.  Can you get started?  Of course! That’s easy…..sign up, get your kit and enter at your chosen “level” (most companies have options here in the size of the starter kit you purchase. My advice: get the biggest and best available kit.  Why?  Because you can make more money by entering at a higher level and because whatever you do will duplicate!  You want everyone to have “skin in the game” so they will be the most motivated to get out there and make it happen!

Next, can you use or sell the required amount of product each month?  Certainly!  Anyone can do this because in a good company the monthly autoship amount is relatively small: $50-$200 or so.  Use the product, share the product, sell some product.  (My husband and I can generally use this small amount ourselves, so we usually get more to sell!)  But my point is: the requirement is small, you can use it and/or sell it…..EASY!

Third, sponsor two people.  If you are on the right team, your team will have systems, tools, and procedures in place to help you do this.  We use webinars, phone calls, videos, coffee shop or in-home get togethers, teleconferences and three-way calls among other things.  In other words, your upline team leader will assist you by showing you how and even helping you do it!  I’m telling you, ANYONE can do this……..use your upline and sponsor your two.  Sponsor more if you can, but it all starts with TWO.

And last………..repeat this process.  Teach your two to get started, use/sell the product (autoship), sponsor their two……and repeat.  And repeat. And repeat.  DONE!   And you’re rich!

If it’s that simple, why do so many people have trouble with it?  BECAUSE THEY WON’T STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND JUST DO IT!  We get in our own way by over-analyzing, reinventing, out-thinking and just plan digging in our heels and refusing to see how truly simple it is!

For those who are a little slower to comprehend, here are the steps again.  These are SURE-FIRE and guaranteed to work…….if you will just STOP THINKING AND DO IT.

1-sign up

2-get your autoship

3-sponsor two

4-repeat

I suggest you read and reread this post, over and over again.  I promise you it is that simple, and I promise you it works.  So the question is: Are YOU ready to STOP THINKING and JUST DO?  Are you ready for network marketing success?
